How is Bouncr different from a traditional ID scanner?

Most scanners read what’s on the ID. Bouncr also checks the person behind it against other sources, looking for a different birth date or details that don’t match.

Can a fake ID have a valid barcode?

Yes. A working barcode can still contain made-up details. Reading it tells you what the ID says, not whether those details belong to the person holding it.
